This is my coachwhip snake "Ghadab". Gift from a friend, with a young black rat snake.
These guys hunt by biting the prey's neck and hold on that. Then, they start to swallow the prey.
This snake had bit me and I didn't feel anything, although my foot was bleeding a little bit!
I felt sorry for the rat though! Therefore, I decided to feed him frozen mice next time.

  • lol, u'r right. but you better clean up the cage once they carp. otherwise the place would end up smelling like sh*$t.

  • i like it i had a racer for a wile probly my faveroit ive ever had and i have had alot of diffrentsnakes its cool how racers and coachwhips eat most things like lizards frogs and other snakes they subdue and swallow alive but with mice that can injure the snake they kill em and seam to be able to kill them faster than constrictors and venomuse snakes can sorry my spelling sucks
