  • The "hip up" things are too much. I just do the Pilates "corkscrew" during that part. O.o

  • You have to also diet and do this every day in order for it to work out. So if you are eating the fattening food, that should stop. Hope this helps. I mean i hope it did, it's been a year since you wrote that haha.
