I've always loved this one: he sounds like he was having a fine old time recording it. Sounds like he might've been hitting the bottle nicely before he recorded this one, matter of fact! The "nigger and the white man" line, too, that was pretty a bold lyric for the time, it seems to me. And that scat at the end of the song is a bit unusual for a delta bluesman, isn't it? all in all, an amazing little number.
