Speed Bag Grooves: SPEED BAG IN THE RAIN! (ode to Bonzo and Alan Kahn)

Having fun with a basic speed bag punch pattern while playing the snare drum with the left hand and the kik drum with the right foot. The groove is from Led Zeppelin's John Bonham. The song is "Fool In the Rain" on the "In Through The Out Door" record. Do yourself a favor and go buy it today if you don't already own it. To all the drummers; of course it doesn't sound exactly like the original. Mainly, because there is no hihat. And there may be an extra ghost note here or there to spice up the lack of said hihat! KEEP ON BAGGIN'!

This whole baggin' thing is totally awesome. Especially this punch drummer dude. What a cool, healthy thing to get hooked on. I know drumming is addictive so I'm guessing punch drumming has gotta be too. I hope to see competitions someday soon.
