Valmet 502E Rebuild Diesel Motor

I rebuild Valmet 502 motor. It is a 3cylinder diesel motor. Made from 2 used engines and some new parts. Reground the crank and changed the wet cylinders too. Only thing i forgot was the thermostat replacement. The head was untouched. Just checked for damage and cleaned.The twin clutch is a challenge for sure.

On jo kasassa. Jos joku muu moisen purkaa kannattaa tehä vetopöytä. Tai irrottaa kytkin akseli. Kytkimen paikalleen laitto o pirullista ilman sorvattua keskitystappia. Kytkinakselista saa kätevästi mauserilla mitat. Jos ei irti revi ja keskitä sillä. Kyseinen traktori pyörittää nykypäivänä halkomakonetta Rovaniemellä. Hyvä tuli vaikka tehtiin kahesta käytetystä koneesta.
