The whale almost collides with our ship - Andenes 2005

A whale swimmed slowly towards our ship (check about 1.30 in the video). Closer and closer... I am standing "upstairs" with my camera. It comes closer and closer. It almost touches the hull of our ship before it dives...with a last breath as a friendly greeting to all of us watching. The guides told us this was not an average tour...some of them had worked as guides for several years and never got this close before. It is easy to realize that anything closer will be hard to beat with dry clothes on.
