Weare NH Freedom Rally 4/27/2011

Freedom advocates converge on the Weare New Hampshire Police compound. A warm April 27th day makes for a peacefull rally day for the concerned citizens of Weare as they peacefully assemble to petition the police department. Several citizens have been arrested and harassed
for videotaping their own traffic stop. It seems that some law enforcement do not like to be exposed to the elements of freedom-
The fourth amendment:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses. papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated.....Which part of SHALL NOT VIOLATE do they not understand!

The problem in Weare is the Prosecuting Attorney along with the police. I had 3 officers come to my house, I have never been arrested for ANY reason in my entire life.To arrest me for a $32 check I supposedly wrote, but had NO knowledge of. They set bond at $40!!! ON A FIRST OFFENSE!! When I went to arraignment, I asked the prosecutor for a copy of the check, It took over a year of asking for a copy of the check, Never got it case dismissed!

The reason they don't want you recording is because some recorders may twist the story of what's actually going on. I'm simply saying that there are people who act like they care about what you are doing (peaceful demos and such), but in actuality, they may have been to jail or had a loved one in jail and just want to make the police look bad. I'm sure that's not YOUR intent here. I don't see why an officer would mind if someone is recording their OWN stop. That seems silly.

@Patjersey3000 Be prepared to face a lot of racism. A huge portion of my high school was Arab, south Asian (Indian/Pakistani), and Latino, and they were always the ones getting harassed by the police, not the lily-white pothead kids.
