@Pwnercity1 try plugging the camera to the computer and turning the camera on while it's plugged in. I had the same problem but I found out you have to turn on the camera.

I have this camera.... I can't Import videos though.. i connect USB with camera and plug it in.. Turn it on and it says Connecting USB.. Nothing happens.. .Help me please!

the samsung PL series camera has very good color compensation... its closer than sony cameras except the dslr series from sony... what i mean is that these camera from samsung are good quality but kinda of expensive as compared with nikon or canon
