Extreme Fitness | Jay's Organic Workout "Arms"

Jay breaks down this routine in sections between the arms 2 major muscle groups; the biceps and triceps. His goal is to isolate and stimulate each muscle to give them the proper effort and attention necessary to gain muscle and tone. If you notice, he concentrates on the negative motion (on the way back to the starting position) just as much as he does the positive to ensure the muscle is worked throughout the entire range of motion.

  • This is an example of flat out getting it done. No excuses to not workout. Very creative I'm motivated to go to the gym now, I have a membership this guy don't but still getting it done. Much respect!!
