The Flexiguy Drop Test

We're developing an eight channel microphone preamp for recording studio use. It's quite heavy because of all the transformer goodness inside the box so it was deemed necessary to do a drop test to see if we could go with the 4mm thick front panel we prototyped with - or a thicker more costly 6mm thick panel...

We built up a chassis and loaded all the heavy stuff into it and proceeded to find out by doing this not really very scientific, but worthwhile, test
