There are cheaters who will cheat once and never do it again. Just avoid the ones that are sexually impulsive/compulsive. There are some mental illness like mania that makes a person hypersexual then cheat over and over again and they can't stop it even if they try to. If you are not into multiple partners, you want to avoid these people.

If your a Christian you have only one option...Forgiveness, Grace, healing and reconciliation...You have have to separate for a time and he needs to have very strong accountability but you are not free to divorce him just because he had an affair or multiple affairs...You must seek the Lord and trust in his word.
