We had a fantastic lunch prepared for us by the restaurateur and Chef at King of Kelowna restaurant so because 'Everything Lends it's self to Video' Why not do a series on the Best Kelowna Restaurants? Seeing the chefs prepare food while they talk of their culinary experience, what an awesome way to find out the best places to eat. I fully believe that to be good at anything you have to be passionate about it, anyone can take cooking classes but if you love food, love life and love people...well you are on your way to being a great chef. Hira is an example of a great chef!

  • practice make prafect ha ha ha....wok pan ta ati vayo buda ko gaf chahi dherai ha ha ...

  • He's a damn good chef and has a lot of indian culinary influence in him ( maybe becoz of his experience with indian restaurants). Although he has yet to to prove us people watching in youtube that he can cook authentic nepalese cuisine, i have no doubt that he can do it. Introducing AUTHIENTIC nepali food is a bit of a risk for nepali chefs becoz not many westerners have ventured into that palate. And i understand that he is as much of a businessman as he is an artist (chef). BUT STEP UP !

  • Damn right his hand is 'used to hot.' He was prep cook at the scuzz resto at YLW I worked at (Skyway) pre-Tim Hortons. He stirred entire pots of sauce with the entirety of his bare forearm, fuckin guy.

  • This seems like an instant recipe he threw everything as it came along

  • WHERE IS THIS. oh cananda. DAMN IT! i live in san francisco.. maybe tehre is one of these types of places here... T..T heartbroken

  • reminds me of my moms cooking..

  • @apagar am half nepali and half indian. half british

  • cool !!

  • Sachhai lastai gufadi hamro dai ta.. Khana chai nikkai mitho banaunu huncha jasto cha.

  • I am half nepalese, and i simply lovee nepalese food.
