Dirty Old Town - Ewan MacColl Cover (Awesome Antique Acoustics 3/3)

Ewan MacColl wrote this song about Salford, in the UK, but everyone seems to identify it with the Pogues. This version isn't much like theirs. I still love me some Shane MacGowan, though. Thanks to my dad for letting me borrow his classical guitar some more. This is the third in a set of three videos I recorded at my friend Pam's apartment.

My first reaction was Sinatra, too. But, aside from some early Sinatra, which sounds more like Bing Crosby, I don't really like Sinatra that much, even when I can admire his singing. This is riveting.
