We actually used to do it on the field after a touchdown right when they were lining up to kick the ball off, but after a few games the commisioner ruled it unsportsman like and from then on we had to do it from the sidelines. If I'm not mistaken, it was Fred Smoot and a couple of others who made it up

i remember back in 2000 i think, that i remember seeing my first college football game and it was a miss state game and they were doing this dance and i became a fan of them and i was living in florida lol
