do you go so far as have/feel/thin your phantom tails get sat on? or that you can/cannot do things because as such like if someone was a dog-therian cannot eat chocolate and onions or a duck therian can shift and the'll have phantom oils to keep dry in rain?

One of the lessons is that you remain humans and are bound by human limitations. Yes you feel phantom parts but beyond making some space for them there is no issue. And no.. I still can eat chocolate. DOn't like it as much anymore though..the mental perception has chaned as you see.

then again it could be just a bunch of nutters on this one forum. who make it sound like the norm to feel phantom parts that strongly, that you can knock off stuff with them. or smack your friends with tails/wings and they feel it.
