Bandai Ultra Act Ultraman

My review on Bandai's Ultra Act Ultraman. The figure is made based on the SHF technology and I was eagerly anticipating it with high expectations. While the articulation is spot on, I am a little disappointed on the lightness of the figure and part of the joints being loose. None-the-less, it is still a nice figure and worth to give a chance. =)

got mine today and i have to agree. He looks good but he felt cheap compared to the other SHF toys.

@rosstejero It's a pity that Bandai did not pay more attention to the quality despite charging a high price for this figure. I hope they improve on the next one or this will be the first and last I get for the series.

You're too used to hold heavy die cast robots so that you complain about it's lightweightness, wasn't you? SHFs are much cheaper, and it has some die cast content on them.

@takarakugaki Thanks for your compliments on my review. Likewise, unless they do something to improve the quality (which I think they won't), I am unlikely to carry on this line. I can't accept that the magazine pictures and the actual product are poles apart.

Agreed on what you said about the QC of this Ultra Act. A BIG disappointment for me after a long wait. Have you seen the latest images of other Ultra Act figures? So lame. Guess I'll just stop colecting Ultra Act and wait only for Gomora and Baltan Seijin to paired with Ultraman.
