Part II of the mini-vinyasa that I created for my performance group. We explore traditional yoga asanas in a non-traditional way. The focus isn't on "perfect" alignment but on allowing the music and the energy to inspire the flow. In this version of the flow we explore Anjaneyasana (low lunge pose).
Anjaneyasana is a great pose for those needing to work out the winter kinks from their hips (like me!).
