This is what it sounds like when people go out the fire alarm doors when there's no fire alarm. Then we call University Police and they wait 2 hours to fix it. Then I am sad.

Ergh. Was this stupidity or did someone deliberately go out the fire door. I remember when someone set off the fire alarm when I was doing a maths exam at school. I was extremely pissed off.

I know it's not allowed but do you ever think about opening up the klaxon and snipping a wire or two? Or you could "tape" the sensor for the fire door? I like the second one more but it would take more time and it doesn't really disable much. The klaxon would be needed for the real alarm, after all.

To set off a fire alarm deliberatley is a stupid thing to do , and is a serious offence , which incurs a maximum fine of £20,000 and a two year imprisonment sentence.

DONT SET THE FIRE ALARM UNLESS THERE IS AN ACTUAL FIRE!!!!
