Promise Keepers 96 is when I first heard this and Bishop Joe singing. His church is there in Pittsburgh and his presence there was much appreciated by all, this then became a clip for all PK events. God's use of men like this has had a tremendous impact on my life. If you are reading this and listening, you'll understand. Men of God standing together, so it will be in heaven too. See you all there!

I am prejudiced,he's my uncle.The Bishop of Covenant church of Pittsburgh.He has a beautiful voice as well as my moms,his sister.He is a wonderful speaker!He has a horous side so that also comes through in his sermons.Check out on the web .

Actually, Bishop Garlington is a Preacher first and foremost. God has gifted him with a terrific voice as well. I am not aware of any recordings he did. He is a favorite Promise Keepers speaker and likes to sing at events as well. May want to Google him. I think he is in Philly or NY.
