It week #4 for my update with you guys but it is actually week #3. I did a hump day video which made it video #3 but the official video is todays video. I have been on my 100 days of challenge to find the best plan for my body. Today is day 70; Which means I have been exercising for 30 days straight!! I lost a total of 6 lbs this past week on the fruit fast. I would tell you to be very careful with a fast of any kind. If you are working out and fasting your body needs proper food and I would not recommend FASTING! During a fast your body needs to HEAL and REST.

Even though I was not hungry during this fast by Friday my body needed food in a major way. I go sick and had to go home early. But once I ate some chicken my body rebound very WELL.

  • You weren't craving protein, you were detoxing. Fruit has amino acids, amino acids are what protein is made out of, your body can make protein with amino acids...thats what it knows, thats what it does.

    The light headed feeling is normal, but you're right, you can't do too much when you're fasting...even fruit fasting.
