Canadian Tire sells them, but they cost a bit more than at Walmart. Walmart has Resistance bands at $19.98 and you get 3 different bands - 1 Red Circle band, 1 Blue Figure 8 Band, and 1 Black Resistance Tubing Band with Handles.

Yellow is very mild in Resistance, Red is Medium, Blue is stronger than Medium, and Black is Heavy Resistance - Apparently you can also get a Silver Resistance Band which is even stronger.
