@kungfusecrets I don't know the name that they use in this school but it looks very similar to a drill we call "Heun Sau" in Sum Jee Wing Chun.

Excellent! Great training. For those of you who have not had the fortune to train in Guangdong province, or to find a non-commercial school, this is authentic Gong Fu training. These energy drills are very similar to what are used in my system. Keep up the good work!

Good people good win chun lineage masters, Greetings from Spain

*sigh* I wish I can go to a dojo like this. Training like this would be so damn cool. thanks much for this vid.

Looks almost exaclty like the YKS wck I practise. Those are drills derived from the San sik and are found in YKS and Cheung bo lineage. The large bone huen waist drill is derived from the bong movement in SLT. Great Great video. thank you so much for sharing
how come the chisau looks so different???

@henrysthingamajig
It's not Chi Sao. Different exercise. Sorry, can't remember the name.

Nice, lots of fan da in this video. Which guangzhou lineage is this? Doesnt look like Yuen Kay San or Yiu Choi. Its interesting, the waist exercises are similar to Pan Nam and Yang Taiji. Can see Ip man/kulo lineage "signatures" here too. Nice variations in chi sao.

Best described as "Guangzhou style". Mix of training styles from Guangzhou/Foshan. Everything you see these guys doing is pre-Ip Man. You can find the pieces of it in the old styles. All old school put together a little different. Have lots of videos of these guys. More vids of them coming up. Check out my channel.
