How to upgrade your cheap filter and get 500% filtration improvement?

Look at the hole were the water gets sucked in to,
is it possible to make the hole bigger?,...... easy trick to make a 250liter powerhead work like a 500 liter powerhead . So make it a huge hole, make a bottle fit on to it with some filter material ,

Now fish can't get blended and the biggest peaces of ..... stick to it,.....

Get a tube , make it fit the powerhead , I needed to heat the tube make it a little bigger and just pushed it in to the hole of the powerhead,.... Make a hole in the cap of a other bottle ( lighter and just push the tube trought the molten plastic =perfect fit , slice it in 2 and put filtermaterials inside of it and a hole in the bottum of the bottle and your set ,....

oooh the 2 halve bottles don't fit? GENTLY warm up the edges of one of the bottle , it will schrink and fit perfectly
