What happened to Rudd's flag slogan of the last election "New Leadership with fresh new ideas"? Eight weeks in government and he runs out of fresh ideas.

  • from these posts, please show me proof that Howard let alone Rudd have exercised the peoples right to political liberty? in any case, it is a crime under section 28 of the crimes act of 1914 to interfere in anyway with a persons political liberty in any way, this my friends has been happening for years & we are about change? penalty for committing such crime. 3 years imprisonment, yet we have politicians that made this very law, breaking it.. say what???

  • Agreed McGrobble, its about time a government is asking us, the population for our input and ideas, afterall we've put them up there and we should have a say on how we would like our country to be, Onya Kevin, keep up the good work!!!! If the rest of the world did the same wouldn't that be great :-) Far too many politicians become arrogant, the Rudd gov is a refreshing change.

  • continue from last post.

at least Kev is trying something new by offering the Australian public a chance to offer there views on what should be done to make this country a great place to live.

  • cool video, and you have a point, But I think or am assuming that Kevin Rudd is asking the Australian people what they want fixed, changed or introduced into this society we live in, unlike John Howard who I don't like because he sucked up Bush in regards to the Iraq war when 70% of the population were against it just goes to prove that howard didn't care about the people's views on the matter, Nor did he bother to ask the public about anything else,
