My father used to work for Bombardier Aerospace in Toronto CA...he used to work on the dash 8 series, global express and when it was De Haviland, caribou, buffallo...now he's retired...

I'm not a big fan of the dash 8, its very noisy inside.

dwarrren, you can not compare it to the old generation of ATR's, Jetstreams, EMB 120's etc. they are all extremely noisy in comparison to the dash 8. but there certainly is a noticable difference between the Dash 8 Q400 and the Q300...
