All i can say is it killed my cold in 1 day! Cut into quarters and swallowed like a pill every 4 hours is recomeneded. I did it every 8 hours to avoid stomach upset.

Are you saying that ajoene is a sulphur compound produced when unstable allicin breaks down? If so then it's not ajoene that's the healing agent in Dr Josling's AllicinMax (UK - Allimax rest of the world) capsules. These capsules have stabilised allicin in them, where does ajoene come into that?
I've been taking the capsules for 9 months & my health has steadily improved throughout that time. From being in constant pain & housebound to being able to plan a return to work in future months.
