Yang Style Tai Ji (XIN) can be performed in a fast pace. Yang style tai chi hand form (long forms 115), in a normal pace, should be performed between 20 and 50 minutes. A well trained performer can finish the tai ji long forms within 5 minutes with all tai ji principles built in the forms. performed by Master Li Guang Qi.
