All of you are saying that this is fake should shut up unless you know what you are talking about. He's using a guitar pedal (the same one John uses for the song), which is a much different then most pedals out there. It's a beat-sync effects pedal that loops, splices, chops, filters, much more, etc. What you play is not what comes out verbatim. This is not fake.
