"Lord, open the king of England's eyes".

The Catholic Cult do NOT want you to know the truth about how they persecuted (and murdered) those who worked to translate the Holy Bible into English!

William Tyndale and his associate were BURNED AT THE STAKE for translating the Holy Bible into English so people could read it for themselves instead of being spoon fed by some pervert priest of the Catholic Cult.

Even though his translation was a literal meaning for meaning translation and found accurate, the Catholic Cult leaders called it "heresy" because they believed that people were too stupid to understand it. (Now THAT is heresy!)

  • @GodGunsGutsGlory4KJV Thanks for the great info! :)

  • @mrswills03

    No problem.

  • @GodGunsGutsGlory4KJV yea, its pretty awesome, cos the topic of the niggt was the Bible itself. We wanted to show them that the Bible isnt a fairytale or a just a really cool history book. Tyndale's story was not part of the lesson plan, but one YP had that Book of Martyrs by DC Talk and decided to read it. I was surprised :) I would Love to take that lesson to a deeper level Lol

  • @mrswills03

    Indeed. That would be cool.

DO a search on the "Alexandrian Greek Text" and how Hort and Westcott made it popular.

The deception is that they (non Christian Bible Scholars) will say that the Alexandrian text that was found is older. Well, yeah, because the TRUE originals are long worn out from use and we just have a LOT of copies of it. (Majority text).

The Alexandrian was rightly rejected as a corrupt copy.

But today they use it for the new perVersions.

That's great that your youth mentioned him! Most youth groups are just rock concerts and a fun time these days without any doctrine.

William Tyndale and those like him were true men of God.

UNLIKE all the non Christians who have been involved in making counterfeit pro Catholic Bibles ever since Hort and Westcott made the Alexandrian (Catholic ) Greek text popular in the 1800's.

Not many pastors talk about that either. But it is true.

  • We shared Tyndale's story with our yourh tonight. I knew some of the story, but not the whole story. It was pretty amazing, that he risked his life to have God's Word translated to English so that everyone, not just the preists could read it. There's no doubt that God used him mightily :) Thanks for posting this!!

  • On other thing for the masses...The letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. The KJV translation and the hundred others are all letters and imperfect. KJV still uses the deceptive word church. It takes the Spirit of God to reveal the Word of God in the bible and everywhere. So the more important thing to consider is not what bible translation to use but if you truly have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

That being said if I HAD to use only one bible it would be the one Tyndale translated = )

  • No offense taken bro =) Funny because I just downloaded Tyndales translation "Beware of men, for they shall deliver you up to the councils.... And ye shall be brought to the head rulers... for my sake, in witness to them and to the gentiles. " Different translation but the same revelation I received from the Spirit. When the time comes, I pray the Spirit leads us, as He did Tyndale, in our utterances when we are delivered up to councils for the name sake of the Lord. Amen.
