I didn't think it was every going to end. Nice to see tires being recycled. They are a problem. I wonder if they get paid to recycle the tires or if they make the profit off what they sell. Recycled tires can be used in alot of different places. Fuel, roads, fill, playground , tracks. So is this like a good profit? Payed to dispose of tire and payed for what the shredded tire is going to be used for???? If so how could you lose! Sounds like a deal

I have a couple of questions:
1. How is the cord separated from the rubber?!
2. If some rubber still has cord in it, what will it be used for?
3. How often do you have to replace the shredder "teeth" ?

Isn't this line running on like fraction of it's capacity? There are big pauses between tires beeing shredded. Shouldn't it be slowed down to conserve energy? Or maybe another guy for loading tires onto conveyor would help utilise full potential of this processing line?

The unit you are asking about is a shaker screen, it is for checking the particle sizes of the crumb rubber we are producing at that time. We have a specific gradation we must produce to meet the specifications.
