I made this video for those who are struggling with learning how to breathe with their diaphragms. Now, keep in mind I am not a professional --just an avid fan of singing. I am also taking vocal lessons; that is where most of the material in this video comes from. Most of the songs (transition sounds) are my own, with the exception of one, the transition into the yawn-sigh section: done by the band Enigma, the song is called: "Return to Innocence."

Keep at it guys, I believe in you; be patient, good things will come! Hope this video helps, if it did--please let me know!

  • Hey!!!.... thanks for the techniques, it will be very useful for my upcoming covers!!! =)

  • @fullSymphMetal86 Looking forward to them! I'm glad so glad you find it helpful! =)

  • You've been helping me out, but a few questions. What do you recommend for warmups? Also, what can you say about types of singing and can everyone do it? I know shinedown, has a unique sound, blackstone cherry has a unique sound, and so does disturbed. The latter, disturbed, always, ALWAYS has a pitch and melodic sound to everything he sings. Besides singing, and vocal exercises, what can we as singers try to learn about music to better apply ourselves?
