Thanks for the Video

I have always been available. They key to this is running it simple. A few tricks
DRY DRY .Screen to a 1/8 open the door on the hopper a little bigger than a 1/8. Let it run for a few minutes to develop the charge. Then run it as fast as you can. It will not matter the speed. Now problems start when you have the door open 1/4 or more to many layers of material to separate properly.

Hi again, Just wondering if you ran the exorcist much since your video's I'm looking to buy one from Mr. coen next week. Is there any tips you would like to share?
I sure like your videos. Coming to Arizona this year maybe we could get together and hit the desert. I know a few places we could take them out and gets some gold. One place is fairly close to Phoenix. After trial and error do you think your getting 98% one the first run? Hope I can help you with tips and tricks once I get mine. Brad

What was your recover on your exorcist so far since you bought it? Also what are you classifying your material to? Have you done any studies on the recovery difference between 1/4 and 1/8? Thank you very much for reading my questions

Some close-ups would have been nice to see. However, great video and very informative!
I hope this helps, and feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.

hard for me to determine if it caught 98%, but seeing how much was found after running the stuff through the second time leads me to believe that is proably a fairly accurate percentage. I would always recommend running the material through it at least twice regardless if you have used the exorcist only once or a thousand times. The second thing was to not speed up the motor in an attempt to make the material run faster through the exorcist. I am sure Arizona will be a great environment for it

I ran it a few more times after making the video, but haven't used it since Aug/Sep 10. The reason being is I haven't been on vacation or anywhere to use it lately. The two biggest things I learned was to make sure the material is 100% dry. I know is says your media needs to be 85% or better dry, and not moist enough, though, to stay a ball in your hand after clenching it, but in my experience only 100% dry material works the best. Not knowing how much gold was in the concentrate makes it

Over all I have been satisfied with the machine's ability to recover gold. The only down side I see is the material really needs to be 100% dry, which considering we were getting rain fairly often mean I could not use the machine very much. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I am not exactly sure becuase I don't know how much gold was in the concerntrate to start with. At the beginning it was not too good becuase I was trying to learn the proper way to use the machine. That's why I ran the material through it three times. After learning from my mistakes, I still ran the material through the machine twice just to be safe. It appeared to be getting most if not all the gold the first time around. I only ran 1/4" materi through the device, but 1/8 might be better.
