WZAR News - Heavy Snow in the Northeast United States

Heavy snow hits the Northeastern region of the United States, and the Boyertown area was certainly not spared. Though the area did receive much less than the northern regions, the amount was still significant. Area residents woke up to a heavy layer of snow, with a thick icy layer on top, caused by the sleet and rain that appeared later in the morning.

WZAR was on the streets of Boyertown as everyone was cleaning up their properties and getting the snow out of their way. As for the WZAR studio, Justin and Nathan from down the street were nice enough to clean off our sidewalks.

Be safe out there; the current weather conditions are still making for a very slippery commute.
