  • So how much would one of these mods cost?

  • @Tweek5470 I'm trying to send you a PM. I can't find the 'send message' button on your channel. Send me a message and I'll message you back with the details.

  • Does the MIDI to work with all 8 strings? I thought the MIDI guitar units were all built around 6 string models and you couldn't have more than 6 triggering MIDI events.

  • @mmaier2112 You are correct. I used two 13-pin interfaces and two Pitch to MIDI converters.

  • Nice demo, pal! Keep it up! (oh, it´s from 2009 hahah...)

  • @bonuzround I'm still open to performing these mods, I just need more people to have money so they can actually do it. There is a LOT of interest, but not much cash flow... Stupid economy!!!

  • Nice job! That's just awesome!

  • @shotgunndunn Was the hardest part cutting them saddles for those inserts? And how did you get cuts so nice? Did you get lucky and be able to use the saddles off the ibanez trem?

  • this will definently make history for Guitar Synthesizer Players everywhere!! when I save up I will do buisness with you, this is definently a must for me if I am going to do Techno music for a Midi 8 string

  • @TooleralusAEnima basically MIDI for guitar these days are the Roland GR20 or Roland GR55 pedals and those pedals you could hook them up to a keyboard or sampler, were usually called MIDI Guitarists or Guitar Synthesis or Guitar Synth players, this is the very first ever Midi 8 string guitar

  • that's one hell of guitar, I would definitely do business with you if I could afford the parts to make a guitar with midi/piezo. Maybe I can someday when I don't have anything else to spend money on,but even then I don't know wth MIDI is used for ( :P) and certainly don't have any MIDI equipment. I have heard about it, but if you guys on youtube can help me break down the info of what MIDI is used for...please help. Don't be an ass about it people for not knowing

  • hey wait how will you be able to switch channels or switch to bank knobs on a roland guitar synth? sorry for all the questions

  • if it does work on the 7 and 8 for midi how much will it cost?

  • wait so all midi works around the 7th and 8th string?

  • Nicely done but your clean sound sounds very much like a delayed sound.

  • 7:14 D minor the saddest of all keys :( , I love that part! lol
