Me lifting the baby Inch (53 KG, thick handles) both hands. Have done better than this though. My skin was torn and that's why it was a bit hard to pull the weight up.

  • as you can see from my videos i have stopped training since long time now. however i don't consider this as an advance feat. i think a well trained weightlifter should be able to lift it. the real inch bell it a world class but not this one.

  • ooooh ... I want a mama inch! know where to get one?

  • Hi Paul

    I got it from heavygriptools

  • NIce job. How much does that weigh in pounds?

  • Thanks! it's 53KG so 53*2.2= 116.6 pounds. The thick handles is what makes this dumbbell hard. Next step the the Mama Inch :D It's about 67KG

Final step the Papa Inch or The Inch himself :D Thats about 78.9KG

  • Good job Alawadhi! Way to fight that rotation!

  • Thanks!

  • How difficult is this feat? Is this an advanced grip feat? I know the 172 pounder takes a world class grip. Is this considered world class as well or is it just advanced. Would a well trained weightlifter be able to lift this one?

  • nice! did do it today too. of course, dreaming, to lift the "big inch".

  • That's not easy!
