it's in escencede's Devil May Cry - S-Rank Game - Mission 13, 0:40
in other words, go outside (on the ship) and keep jumping to the very top, until you reach two masts. face away from the door with swords and stinger jump. you'll land on a lower mast with the blue orb piece on it.
