I can unhook just about any one sensor on my car and still drive perfectally...... maby a bit of power / gas milage loss but still drivable. My maf sensor died on a road trip last year and the car bairly ran.... unhooked the maf sensor and drove home.... just got like 18mpg insted of 27mpg

@DavesAV6 try check vacuum hoses too. its would be cause those sensor problems like mine with my 1987 jeep comanche then now inline 6 run smooth after fix hoses, tps and temp :)

my friends jeep has the same problem except his got really really bad and only goes 10 km/h foot the the what did you change to fix it sensor?

the temp sensor that did that???...wow the ECM on you rig must be strict.....i miss the old days when most everything could be bypassed if needed LOL.

It's the Temp Sensor, The car actually dies and restarts when he revs it.

its not the temp sensor its the throtle body sensor
Fixed... It was the temp sensor.

@DavesAV6 I know its been awhile but you would you be able to tell me if it was the sensor by the firewall or the thermostat?

@jeepcherokee40 theres 2 of them, I think the second is in the back of the motor.

replaced TPS still does it. Now I guess time for the ecu. Thats all thats left I think.
