I'm posting this to cheer up Sarah who has the flu... Looking forward to the good times we'll have on the Yarn Train to Portland in January 2010! Big thanks to Charisa & the Snohomish Knitters Guild!
The third line I messed around: First strum is played like an F, but with first finger on fourth string, 2nd fret - all other strings open. Second strum is played with fourth finger on first string, 5th fret - all other strings open. Third strum is a C chord (3rd finger on first string, 3rd fret). And the fourth strum is the same as the first (1st finger on fourth string, 2nd fret.) Then for "the yarn train" verse you go back to playing G, then C. It's a pretty simple little song to learn.
On the chords below read through both comments before you start... They are out of order.
The Yarn Train lyrics are posted on Ravelry in the Yarn Train group!

Ok, so I found out last night that the first strum on the third line is actually an Am chord... Yay, I'm learning how to play the uke!

Okay, here are the chords (keep in mind that these uke chords don't necessarily sound the same as guitar chords...):
First line is just a C chord, and then a G
Then G again, back to the C chord.
