Deleteing Neighbors in Cafe World that have quit playing.

This video will show how to remove neighbors that have quit the game and either blocked the game removed you as a friend or blocked you entirely

You can also do this with the Gardening Mission outside neighbors' cafes. Instead search for "OutsideMission" and use the numbers to the right in the same line that are located between %26target%3D and %26action%3D.
