It will work fine on both, but a new update from nintendo just came out for the DSi. I don't know what needs to be done if you have the update

@INDUCEDINCINERATION Don't update! It blocks most flashcarts, including the Acekard! Weirdly, ARDSi works...
Just wait for a patch!
