I'd suggest normal speed footage first, then the slow footage...

It is not quite so easy... we can just speed up the slow motion footage but it does not look like what you are used to so we get flamed on that too or we need to shoot with two cameras and that takes more time to shoot and cordenate the clips to match up the footage. Big job. So it will happen sometimes but not as a rule.
