I am a native Detroiter I believe that every city has it's ups and downs I recently lived in Chicago even it has its neighborhoods that even I wouldn't go in. all Detroit needs is a leadership the actually cares for the city and it's people. thats the problem. Detroit has suffered more than any other city but just like Chicago and Cleveland Detroit will rise and reclaim its crown. Just needs to clean house hopefully the new city council do more than the past government. Ok Dave bean change!

Every city, of every size has its bad side. And the includes Detroit.

I love Detroit. There is so much to do there. When I go there I don't look for trouble. If you do, then you will find it. Detroit has so much to offer any person who is willing to give it a chance. There is so much energy in the air in Detroit.

Everything has peaks and valleys, including Detroit. This city was on a downturn for a number of years, but its time for it to shine again.
