I must say, this is a cool set-up you have there. (I think I'll try making my own for shits and giggles)

@1ToNJaB This would be good if you don't have anyone to train with. I rarely ever get to see any of my KF brothers anymore to do conditioning.

LOOKS A LITTLE RETARDED,,,

He goes faster when the music goes faster WTF!

@Chrisszzs Ip Man did not invent Wing Chun, and it would be very close minded to think that because Ip Man did not do such and such, or did not use such and such piece of equipment, it is not good Wing Chun. This is a conditioning tool, just like the wall bags that can be found in most schools of Wing Chun. This one just makes it easier to practice different angles of attack.

@WingChunLover2 I think the name is in reference to Chum kil's literal meaning, not the name of the form. In which case, the name makes alot more sense since you are training the techniques you would use to get to the bridge, and to move from it.

I don't agree with that. But, if this was called conditioning equipment instead of chum kil station, I would have less issues. Chum kil is chum kil.

slapping youre hands on bags is no wing chun.
When you make such a boring video try to use some techniqeu, respect to Ip Man.
Show some Passion

I used to be into conditioning like this but I believe that conditioning the limbs should be human to human contact, like the way Praying Mantis fighters do it. Get conditioned thru sparring and sensitivity drills. If you can conditioned your body thru this type of training, than you really earned your hardened bones and you have the skills to use them.
