Peter Schiff Announces Formal Candidacy for U.S. Senate Seat of Connecticut

Peter Schiff announced today that he is running for Senate for the state of Connecticut. He announced it on Morning Joe. Already he came under fire from the democratic party. In this video I review the announcement for U.S. Senate Seat of one Mr. Peter Schiff, president of Euro Pacific Capital. Schiff is a friend of the Libertarian party and comes from the Austrian School of economics. He believes that we need a sound fiscal policy and not one that simply patches over and sweeps under the rug, problems in our economy today. And while he runs an investment firm, he is not for bailing out wall street at every turn. While he's not up for Berny Madoff Ponzi schemes, he does believe investors should do their due diligence before investing and not have the government bail them out if they lose money. He wrote "The little book of bull moves in a bear market" and "Crash proof 2.0".

i'm sure you know this already, but of COURSE the democrats don't like him; he's calling for an uprooting of the federal reserve.

and i must say, it's nice to see another black person who follows mr. schiff. i'm not a libertarian, a democrat or a republican. in fact, i am with no party at all (i voted for mc kinney for president). however, i've been asked numerous times if i was a libertarian.

i like schiff... i'm not as big on mr. paul though.
