Use up your left over cheeses.

Ingredients:
1 pound of various cheeses
1/4 cup white wine or apple juice
1 garlic clove
2 or 3 Tablespoons fresh parsley
3 Tablespoons butter (room temperature)

    Takes one to know one.

  • I find those little ends of cheese in the refrigerator a bother, not enough to use, too much to toss. Easily lend themselves to mold simply because I ignore them. No more.

    A clove of garlic, cheese, and white wine . . . very nearly the start of a Swiss fondue. I'm sure the blend of flavors is magnificent. As I recall, sometimes a little Kirsch is added to the fondue pot. Might be a tasty kick (40%ABV) in this cheese dip as well.

    I do not think a blender would work Flor, sorry.

    It might work, I have not tried it.
