@TeannaPotter awww, yeah when that happens, like a pinnacle moment where i feel like complete shit, i normally paint or draw... and u should too, well not that necessarily but a hobby that takes your mind off of things! i use my hobbies as an outlet to release some of the stress, its so helpful! :) (like this video!)
