Can Dance All Day Claim Copyright to the E Major Chord?

I make free guitar tutorials, this is my video for how to play the E major chord. Repeatedly, I have been falsely accused of copyright infringement by Dance All Day and Kontor media, and I ask...How can they claim copyright on a single chord? I have disputed and lost. They did the same thing to me. I'm going to fight this. I have a friend who is a legal aid attorney, and while international law is a little tricky to navigate, I'm strongly considering filing a class action lawsuit against these clowns. Thanks for posting this video - this is truly the most ridiculous example of Content ID abuse that I've ever seen.

Thanks for commenting, they certainly did. I refuted this claim 6 times, with two different versions and every time they reinstate the copyright infringement claim. I wonder how much money they're making on all these false claims?....
