Thanks for sharing this! For anyone who wants to cut some of the fat/calories here goes...I don't mix the "liquor" which is really the rendered fat into the sauce. I do my own rice bcuz there's way too much sodium in Rice a Roni and use the sauce as a "gravy" on the rice. I skip the bread and no potatoes n the string beans bcuz that's too many starches for me. Again, thanks so much for the recipe! The chicken IS EXTRA TASTY! *smacking my lips!*

hey girl your food looks great. Just noticing the Rice a Roni's pan is a little scratched. Be careful with Teflon scratching. It releases toxins in your food. :)
