Why need 4 guys when this Final Fantasy III fight can be done with only one character? I had to level the ninja to level 56 so that he had enough HP to not leave this fight up to pure chance, but this can be done with any one fighter with 5500+ HP as long as you have enough elixirs.
um id rather hafta fight a boss that only attacks once with a weaker hit than a boss that can perform multi harder hits with less hp and dispite the shurikens hit harder she has more hp and you prolly couldnt get away with only having 1 ninja alive on the ds version.
lolz.. I've spent two hours on the last part without being able to save. I think if they made her any harder, it would be totally ridiculous >.> I had only one party member left at yellow hp, at one point in the fight. Any more difficult and it would have been loony .. hell, I would have been loony :D
The DS version is so not easier. The only boss that's harder in the NES version is the Two-Headed Dragon. In the DS version, almost every boss gets to make AT LEAST two moves per turn. This boss is easier in this version. You have more HP, and her mega attack does less damage than in the DS version and her tentacles also get to attack you.
Ninja's Power level is Over 9000!!!

When entering the item menu, status boosts for that character are nullified, so using God's Wine then equipping shurikens is useless.
