  • The D has a very annoying attitude. She thinks shes god's gift to earth. "oh he can definitely make a mistake and bring in the wrong suit, but i definitely didnt make a mistake..its impossible for me to make a mistake."

  • Although it was enjoyable, so WHAT if the suit did fit him? Would that suddenly mean that it was his suit?

I don't quite know what Milian was trying to get from that

  • Cinderfella!

  • Oh no!

  • Judge milian irritates me. I can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe it's because she's overdramatic...it seems like she relishes all the attention:):)not that my opinion matters...

  • @WhyMeMoFo Judge Sheindlin is alot ruder to her litigants. She speaks to them in abrasive terms: "moron", "bum" and so forth quite often. She's entitled to... but judge Milian does the same job without profanities. She instead gets loud at times.

I think both behaviours are a bit... flamboyant for their roles. But this is (also) TV. Legal proceedings are usually dull with a capital D. Judges Sheindlin and Milians antics are... well... acceptable here I think, wouldn't you agree? :)

  • @WhyMeMoFo Very good! I only go as far as a measly MScE. ;)

Point being: you're sniping at judge Milian calling her a clown and asking why she has the job. I answered. It's akin to someone saying "Oh WhyMeMoFo is such a clown... I mean, what's with that profane YouTube handle?! Why do they have a job?!".

Well... presumably because you're GOOD at it! See my point? :-)

  • @BenelB That stops when the customer isn't right or - as is the case with a court - can't prove beyond doubt that they are right. The buck stops sooner or later, even for customers.

Google "Not Always Right" and pick the first link for some laughs and examples on why the customer is *not* always right.

  • @WhyMeMoFo Well... probably because she:

    - Got educated

    - Finished top of her class ("with highest honors")

    - Passed the bar exam

    - Spent years on the bench, accumulating experience

    - Taught at law school

In other words: she's competent and knows the job.

Not only that but she's an elegant woman with humor, wit and an entertaining demeanor that is fit for TV.

What do you have to show for yourself in comparison... mr/mrs/ms "WhyMeMoFo"?

  • Whats the difference between "been to weddings" and "attended weddings"?

  • my gawd the defendant IS soooo annoying..i'd love to see someone kick her off her pedestal..

  • -.- the D think shes god -.- or gods gift -.-
